So, you've had an allergy test and discovered that you are indeed allergic to one or more allergens.

Now what?

Although you can't prevent allergies from developing, there are things you can do to relieve the discomfort of allergic symptoms and control your particular allergies.

The three most common allergy treatments are Avoidance, Medications and Allergy Shots. One will be right for you.
